Perfection and Princes go to Maine!

The Valley of Boston is traveling to Maine to assist the Valley of Portland in a one of a kind degree day, and you’re invited! On September 30, 2017, the Valley of Portland will be doing a one day class in tandem with the Kora Shrine Temple. This spectacular one day class will be held at the Kora Shrine Center located at 11 Sabattus St., Lewiston, Maine. 

This one day class will begin at 8:00 a.m. with registration and a small breakfast. The 4° video will be shown at 9:00 a.m. Boston Lafayette Lodge of Perfection will then take the stage at 10:00 a.m. to present the 6°, Master of the Brazen Serpent. Immediately following the 6°, Giles F. Yates Council Princes of Jerusalem will then perform the 15°, Knight of the East. Following the degree at 12:00 p.m. a luncheon will be held in tandem with the Portland Council Princes of Jerusalem's performance of the 16°. Maine Consistory will conclude the Scottish Rite portion of the day with the performance of the 32°. Dinner will be at 5:30 p.m. and Kora Shrine Temple will proceed with their portion of the work at 7:00 p.m.

The Valley of Boston is excited to travel to the Valley of Portland and assist in this unique day. Brethren of the valley are more than welcome to attend the Scottish Rite portion of the day, or the whole day if they are members of the Shrine. For non-candidates, meals are available for a $5.00 donation at both lunch and dinner. Meal reservations need to be made with Kate Hansen, the Office Manager for the Kora Shrine Center at (207)-782-6831.
